Yes - you can customise the displayed fields and the style used for your event listing and event pages, and your emails. You can also customise the header and footer.
2. How do I display the event pages on my website?
If you use Wordpress you can install a plugin to display your event listing and event pages. Alternatively, you can display

If you wish to use our personalisation functionality then you will need to migrate. This process is straightforward and only requires a few clicks. If you don't need to use the personalisation functionality you can use VenueCloud to publish to your existing newsletter provide.
4. Can I split event listing pages into genres?
Yes, through the use of tags and genres you can enable a filter menu or create genre specific event list pages.
5. How does retargeting work?
If you use Facebook advertising you can use retargeting to target customers that have previously viewed an event page or entered one of your contests. Lookalive audiences can then also be created in Facebook to target users with very similar characteristics.
6. Do I sell tickets through VenueCloud?
No, VenueCloud is only a marketing platform. Tickets will still be sold using your existing provider - for example Ticketmaster or Event. When adding an event in VenueCloud you specify a link for users to purchase tickets. This link can include referral information in order to track conversions.
